Shearing began the first of March.   All ewes were sheared first.    Shearing is a good time for us to check the health and condition of the sheep.   We trim the hooves, vaccinate and treat for parasites as needed.   All the fleeces are skirted, bagged and weighed.   Phillip shears our sheep on a stand.   It…
